What We Did?
It is the basic HSE policy of Natlong Oil & Gas Services Limited that no task is so important that an employee must violate a HSE rule or take a risk of injury or illness or damage to the environment in order to get the job done.
It is our policy to:
- Provide and ensure a safe working environment, conditions and equipment, coupled with training that will provide our employees with the knowledge and information necessary to carry out their duties safely;
- Comply with all applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which we subscribe to;
- Consult employees at all level, in all HSE decisions that are to be taken by management;

NATLONG OIL & GAS SERVICES LTD in recognition of its legal, contractual and moral obligation towards the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act of 2010 (NOGICDA) is committed to discharging its procurement and contracting responsibilities in line with the NOGICDA 2010 including other legal requirements and standards applicable to its operation. As such, our Nigeria Content Development programme forms an integral part of the company’s procurement and recruitment processes with top management staff appointed as the Chair Person for Nigerian Content Development.
To demonstrate this, NATLONG OIL & GAS SERVICES LTD hereby undertake to:
- Utilize Nigerian made goods and services, except where it is not available
- Employ and develop Nigerians in all capacities and levels, except where the skill requirement is not available
